JuJutsu Kaisen: Execution isn't exactly an original film. Rather, the newest film from the JuJutsu Kaisen action franchise is a compilation of the show's sophomore season merged with the opening installments of its third season, which begins the Culling Games storyline from the manga series. This positions Execution, which recently received a fresh preview, the quickest way to watch the commencement of the next season ahead of its January 2026 premiere. The movie premieres in Japan on Nov. 7, and in North American regions on December 5.

People clamored to see if the Blu-ray, launched in mid-March, would feature extra content to the battle or to see if it was improved in any way, and were overjoyed to see just that, alongside tone adjustments, smoother movement, and altered color palette.
